Holy shmoly, this stuff was fantastic. I didn’t splurge on much at all just for myself and my own care while I was pregnant, but this product smelled amazing (for both me and my husband), it was gentle enough I never had any skin reactions to it (and I’m allergic to *everything*, seriously), and I came through my first pregnancy at 36 years of age with not a single mark on my stomach, even though I gained 45 pounds between conception and delivery at 41 weeks 5 days. I know some of this is dependent on heritage, genetics, hydration, diet, and pure luck, but I truly feel like religious use of this product absolutely played a part in coming through this with an unmarred belly. Existing stretch marks I had on my outer thighs didn’t get any worse, and I did have some very light new ones show up on my inner thighs and breasts, but the skin that was under the most tension and pressure was saved!
If it’s in your budget, it’s worth a try!

I would highly recommend this during pregnancy. I put it on everyday starting around 16 weeks when I began having a small belly. I ended up buying 3 tubs total during my pregnancy but it was worth the money! I only developed one small stretch mark that didn’t show up until after delivery but my skin was well moisturized and so far (5 weeks pp) hasn’t been stretched or sagging.

I have finished with my 2nd trimester and so far the skin on my belly is smooth and silky. I like the smell and texture of this cream, it is easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I will definitely update how it will work further. Although it is widely known that stretch marks are mostly due to genetic disposition rather than competition between creams, hydration is still important. I don't even use this cream 2 times a day, only once, at other times I can use home remedies like coconut oil, which my midwife advised me.

I used this religiously twice a day thinking I could beat my genetics and not get stretch marks. However I was wrong and couldn't prevent them, I didn't gain any excess weight (went from 117lb pre pregnancy to 142lb at 38 weeks) it truly is genetics. I do think this product really helped with my skin stay moist and prevented itching. I did notice that I only got stretch marks on the side I slept on (left) so that could have played a factor. But I think this cream really helped reduce the appearance of them! You can only really see my marks in certain lighting otherwise they do blend in. This cream feels and smells great and I truly think it helped reduce the amount of marks I did get. Highly recommend to buy throughout your pregnancy or to treat any existing marks!
